1. Introduction
Welcome to TG Gambles, a peer-to-peer betting platform on Telegram that allows users to participate in various games using ETH on Base, Ethereum and Solana. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to participate in TG Gambles.
Users must comply with all local, state, and national laws regarding online betting and gaming.
By using TG Gambles, you confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in such activities in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users are required to create an account via the TG Gambles Telegram bot. Upon registration, a custom wallet will be created for the user.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their wallet information. TG Gambles will never request your private keys or seed phrases from you.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We advise that you move any funds or winnings to a personal wallet or cold storage wallet at regular intervals for your own security.
4. Betting and Participation
All bets must be placed using ETH on the Base network. Ethereum and Solana bets will com in the future.
Users can start or join games by following the specified commands and transferring the required ETH amount to the game wallet.
Once a game has started, bets are final and cannot be withdrawn or refunded, except in cases where the game is canceled due to no participants or invalidated due to technical issues or other factors as determined by TG Gambles.
5. Fees and Revenue Sharing
TG Gambles charges a 10% fee on all games played.
If a game is played within the TG Gambles Telegram Group, TG Gambles retains the entire fee.
If a game is played within another Telegram group, 40% of the fee is shared with the group owner or administrator, and TG Gambles retains 60%.
6. Rewards and Points System
Users can earn points by starting or joining games. Points may be redeemed for rewards as outlined in our Rewards Program.
Rewards are paid in ETH and are distributed periodically based on the user’s accumulated points.
TG Gambles reserves the right to modify or discontinue the points system or rewards program at any time.
7. Security and Fairness
TG Gambles is committed to ensuring a secure and fair gaming environment. All game outcomes are fair and can be verified by any user via teh game seed and hash links.
Each game wallet is unique and will be retired after the game concludes and the winner is paid, minimizing the risk of exploits.
8. Disclaimers
TG Gambles provides no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform.
Participation in TG Gambles is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform.
TG Gambles does not guarantee the availability or uptime of the platform and is not liable for any disruptions or downtime.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TG Gambles, its affiliates, and its partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in games.
